Join us this week as we hear from Chuck M as he shares the topic of: "What is Truth?". Come hear his thought provoking and inspiring message.

We will meet as usual on Saturday at 6:00pm in Room 220, for a good night of fellowship and teaching.
Let's all serve our Lord, support and encourage each other, and have fun. We have some great activities and social events planned.

Come spend a Sunday afternoon with us and enjoy a nice movie together.
We will meet at the Corner Bakery (Imperial and Brea Blvds.) around 2:00 or 3:00pm and decide what to see. We might eat before or wait and go eat someplace afterward. Tickets are $7.

A head-to-head discussion with Dr. Michael Peterson and Dr. John West.
Where did the great Christian scholar, C.S. Lewis, stand on the controversial issue of Evolution? Was Lewis a Darwinian, a proponent of intelligent design, a theistic evolutionist, or something else altogether? Two excellent thinkers with different views, Dr. Michael Peterson of Asbury Seminary and Dr. John West of the Discovery Institute, will go head to head to try and discover the answer.

One In Christ at Eastside Christian Church provides Christian singles ages 30+ with fellowship, friendship, and biblical instruction in the area of singleness. We emphasize the need for contentment, dedication to God's Word, the necessity of serving the Lord, and the pursuit of spiritual maturity. Being single may raise certain questions, along with some challenges. Our hope in this is that the Bible gives us wisdom and direction in the area of singleness, and instructs us how to face those challenges and questions.
